We are looking forward to a fabulous 2023 / 2024 tournament season!
- November 17th, 18th, 19th - U11C / U13C - Completed
- December 8th, 9th, 10th – Female U13, U15 and U9 - Completed
- January 19th, 20, 21 Timbits U7 Minor & U9 Minor - STILL OPEN SPOTS
- U9 Major is FULL, but accepting waitlist. Please fill in the below form.
- February 16th, 17th, 18th (Family Day) – U13A - STILL OPEN SPOTS, Please fill in the below form.
We will be taking applications for our recreation tournaments for the next few weeks.
Our tournament committee will then decide on a balance of teams from various organizations and let the teams know if they are accepted.

All tournaments are four games guaranteed, and we will be having both a u9 minor and Major tournament. U9 will be full ice, as rules allow.
U7 will be cross ice

U9 will be full ice and U7 will be cross ice
Please be prepared to be on the Sunshine Coast ready to play at noon on Friday.
PLEASE READ:
- This form is NOT a confirmation of acceptance to the tournament you are pre-registering for.
- If accepted, the schedule will ONLY be provided upon receipt of:
- Payment in full no later than 30 days before the tournament starts AND IS DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING ACCEPTANCE EMAIL.
- Tournament Permission Number Certificate
- Official HCR Roster (Teamsnap, Excel, etc rosters are NOT accepted)
- Payment forms accepted:
- E Transfer ONLY
- Until payment is received, ALL teams who have pre-registered are on a waitlist.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Refunds provided (LESS a $500 administration fee) up to 30 days before the tournament starts
- No refunds within 30 days before the tournament starting unless a replacement team is found
TOURNAMENT FEES:
January 19th, 20, 21 Timbits U7 & U9 (U7 - $800) (U9 - $1150)
February 16th, 17th, 18th (Family Day) – U13A ($1600)
